Delivery & Tracking

How long will it take to receive my order?


Please be careful double-check that you add the correct address for shipping. From the time orders are placed and received to the time they are ready to ship for delivery, it can take 3 to 4 weeks. Because of Covid, ocassionally there might be additional delay, but rest assure the goal is to get you your purchase, done right and as quickly as possible.




How can I track my order?


Once your order has been created and ready to be sent to you, it is given to the carrier and you are sent a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.




Why didn’t all of my items ship together?


Some products will ship separately due to their packaging differences, that includes mugs, wall art, and pillows. We want to make sure that nothing you receive is damaged on its way to you.




How to find my order number and tracking code?


All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification email sent to you. Tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed by the carrier. If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at Pierre@pierrebernardjr.com




How secure is my credit card information and purchases on this site?

Where are the clothing and apparels being used to fulfill my order coming from?


Products being sold on this site are being created at 100% sweatshop free factories here in the United States. There are additional factories in Mexico, Canada, Latvia,Spain, Japan,and Australia for international orders. Some of the suppliers involved are, Alternative, American Apparel, Anvil, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Hanes, Los Angeles Apparel and Next Level. Printful does all the printing. Manage Your Order

I received a damaged/ defective item


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received for replacement. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Also, please send a photo of the damaged item. We will work on getting a replacement sent to you at no cost for any misprinted/damaged/defective items. Pierre@pierrebernardjr.com




Cancel or Modifying your order


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. When orders are placed they are sent out for production fairly quickly with a small window for cancellation or modifying your order. We will try our best but please note that cancellations and modifications of orders placed is not guaranteed to be possible. Pierre@pierrebernardjr.com




I got the wrong product. How can I correct?


All items are custom printed once an order is made.

All sales are final unless a mistake was on our end, the wrong item or size was shipped (you order a size M, instead a S was shipped, etc). In these cases it will be corrected and a replacement will be sent at our expense as quickly as possible. Pierre@pierrebernardjr.com




I didn’t receive order confirmation email.


You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing an order. If its over 24 hours and you haven’t received it yet, contact us and we will look into it and get it resolved as quickly as possible. Pierre@pierrebernardjr.com




I ordered a sweatshirt and a jogger and the printed design size are different, why?


Due to the the fact that each product is custom printed and sewn, the printed design on the fabric may vary slightly in size and or placement on the garment. This is not considered damaged and is not replaceable.





Random Art Questions

What got you interested in surface designing?


I’ve always had a love for creating patterns. I’ve been using them as decorative items in my artwork for years, its only recently I’ve started making them the final art piece.




Why circles and not tradition illustrated designs?


Circles are just fun to draw and provide an interesting challenge when using them to make a portrait or doing designs involving type. And in case you’re wondering, yes, I can do tradition non circular art style patterns too.




Can you do custom images?


I am totally open to doing commissioned art. Tell me what you’d like to have created and sure I can draw it. If all my years creating television graphics have taught me is that I have no limits when it comes to the creative process. Challenge me!
